And then there were twenty. With the arrival of Mike Marciulliano, we had twenty worhshippers in attendance today. The Mass is one of the landmarks that defines the the road that leads us from godlessness to God.  Passing through the Mass tells us we are heading in the right direction. Passing through the Mass takes us closer and closer to God.  By going to Mass, we are seeking God. However, never forget, that God is also seeking us.  The children are seeking their Father; but, the Father is also seeking His children.  Remember what the Father did when he saw His prodigal son returning.

And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. (Luke 15:20)

Expect the same from the Father as you yourself seek God. Expect no less.  Take but one step in the direction of the Father and the Father will complete the journey to you.
